Exceptional support, within reach.

High-quality support shouldn't be reserved for a select few. On our first call we'll talk through what makes sense for your situation — and find a way to make professional help work for you.

Where it begins

Intervention & crisis response

Professionally guided conversations and interventions for addiction, mental health, and behavioral crises — planned carefully, led with dignity.

Talk with Jacob

Family support & education

Families learn what to say, when to pause, and how to support change without enabling harm. You are part of the plan, not a bystander.

One-on-one life coaching

Structured, personal coaching for people rebuilding their lives — or building on strength they already have.

Young adult guidance

Practical support for young adults finding their footing — direction, accountability, and someone in their corner.

A trusted team behind the work

The right help, wherever it is.

My work doesn't end when the conversation ends. As an interventionist, I guide people and families to the resources and providers that genuinely fit them — and I do it alongside a trusted team of people in New York City and across the country who are the best in their field. Amazing doctors, psychiatrists, therapists, and treatment programs I know personally and trust with the people I care about.

And when the standard path isn't the right one, we think outside the box. Sometimes what helps isn't obvious — a sports psychologist, equine therapy, a program nobody else thought of. What matters is what actually works for you, not what's easiest to refer to.

Who this is for

Wherever you are, there is a next step.

People becoming their best self

You don't need a crisis to work on yourself. I also coach people who are already doing well and want to become exceptional.

Families in crisis

When someone you love is struggling and the family is exhausted, I step in with calm, structure, and a plan everyone can hold onto.

People at a breaking point

Addiction, depression, loss of direction, or life simply falling apart — you don't need to hit rock bottom to get help. You need to feel seen.

Young adults

Young adults facing depression, pressure, substances, or big transitions deserve guidance that meets them with respect, not lectures.
